Do you lead rounds?
Yes. We lead or co-lead most of our investments, and we're comfortable as the only investor.
Do you take majority or minority stakes?
Both. It depends on what the company and its owners need.
Do you take a board seat?
In every majority investment, and in most minority ones.
How long do you hold?
There's no fixed exit date. We have held companies for more than a decade.
Will you sign an NDA before a first call?
Not usually before a first conversation, which rarely needs confidential detail. We're happy to sign one before diligence.
